Clamped to my wrist, I'm trying to hide,

A captivating dial, 40.5 mil wide,

catching attention with a shiny side--

"Must be expensive?" they ask...I lied.

Spearhead hour markers, sharp and long,

Sword-like hands, gliding along,

Intricate finish, so detailed yet strong--

If you wondered "Swiss?", you're wrong.

A big, beveled crown, polished to gleam,

A 20-mil bracelet where brushed meets sheen

A domed crystal, elevates the dial supreme,

And the open case back, revealing a mechanical dream.

In each glace, time ceases to slow

and I return again and again to its radiant glow
